Return Policy

If you would like to return products for exchange, credit,
or refund we are happy to accommodate you. Please follow these
simple steps to help us serve you better.
- Call
Map World within 7 days of receipt of your order to obtain
Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
- Freight
charges will not be refunded. Items sent with "Free Shipping" will have our freight costs deducted from the return amount.
- Custom
orders may not be refunded, returned or exchanged.
- You
are responsible for return freight and insurance.
- Globe
and other packaged products must be returned in their original
carton with all packaging, accessories and literature.
- Products
must arrive in new condition.
Upon receipt
of the returned product we will:
- Send
out the item for exchange.
- Issue
a store credit, less the shipping charges.
- Credit
your card for the amount you paid (not including shipping)
less a 25% restocking fee if you would like a refund.
Items
received as gifts may be returned for a full store credit,
not including the return shipping charges.
